” We were really making an aggressive decision in the summer when we decided to put our house on the market in hopes of purchasing one particular house. Doug sat down with us and made a plan for what we really needed to do with our house prior to putting it on the market. But he went way beyond that. Recognizing that we didn’t have much time if we were going to get the house we really wanted, he rolled up his sleeves and helped. He brought over needed equipment and helped us tear down and put up a new fence, fix sinks and other items that we hadn’t gotten around to. He made a few trips to Home Depot  both with me and by himself for these repairs.

Once our house was on the market, he did a great job of negotiating both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house, walking us through e process and keeping our wishes and best interests at heart always. We did mange to get the house we wanted, anf he was helping all the way up to the closing, even bringing over his pickup and running a few loads for us when the moving company turned out to have brought a truck that was a little too small.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I am extremely thankful to him for making our move possible. I highly recommend Doug if you are in the need of a real estate agent. You know you are getting someone who really cares about you as a person and will do all that he can to make your sale and purchase a success.
